According to the Markets page for Greater Austin, Travis County had 1,185 homes sold in the last 4 weeks, and price/square foot was up 15.9% from the same time last year – no doubt about it, this market is on fire! The sales to listing ratio is incredibly healthy at 1.0.
9704 Chukar is getting a lot of eyeballs, and we agree that it looked like a great value purchase for <$200/ft, when move-in ready homes are in the $250 - $300/sq. ft range.
Taking a look at the Sherlock Report we can see some super interesting facts, like that it's attractively sized in the 79th percentile for this neighborhood, there is an A-rated public school <1 mile away, and that you are 1.5 miles away from a cup of coffee at Summer Moon, after which you can head to the nearest Home Depot 1.9 miles away, and after working up an appetite installing your new items, you are only 2.0 miles from Shake Shack to help you re-fuel (and they deliver to this house!).
