Holiday Wish List: The ZeroDown Team's Dream Homes for 2022

'Tis the season for holiday wishes courtesy of Santa Clause... so our team has been busy writing their lists and we asked them to choose their very favorite homes that, if they could have one wish come true this year, they could receive.

And when you ask a group of real estate experts and enthusiasts to choose their dream homes... you just know they're gonna be good!

Here are the ZeroDown Team's dream homes for 2022...

911 Juarez Avenue in Palm Springs, CA

I can't get enough of the mountain views at these Palm Springs classics. This one tops them all and is completely turnkey. No better way to say I did it my way!

"Since it’s a Christmas wish list, I decided to fulfill my childhood dream of living in New York, overlooking Central Park. While the almost $18m price tag is something that Santa can help with, everything else is taken care of. The 3-bed, 3-bath condo has floor-to-ceiling windows that offer direct views of the Central Park, the eat-in-kitchen overlooks the Hudson River and Manhattan skyline, while the primary bedroom combines all these views. Marble floors, stunning kitchen island, soaring ceilings, state-of-the-art heating and cooling systems, walk-in closets, and custom mosaic floors - there is nothing to fault here. I hope Santa is listening."

“My ultimate dream: the Malibu Barbie Dreamhouse I owned as a kid - but IRL.
I mean, who wouldn’t want to live in a pink palace on the beach in Malibu?!
From the colorful interior courtyard, waterfront jacuzzi, and outdoor shower to the unique pod elevator and incredible kitchen, every detail is perfection. Not to mention all of that beach access! I just have to hope that Santa's budget can accommodate the $15,750,000..."

6 Bulkley Avenue in Sausalito, CA

Last year I picked a home for our wishlist that I thought was a reasonable, practical property I could see myself living in. This year, I’ve thrown caution to the wind and chosen a home that I absolutely could not see myself living in, but could absolutely see myself renting out to season 3 of Bridgerton to film in.  At nearly 11k square feet, and with an Italianate (Rococco? Baroque? Neo-Renaissance?)   design aesthetic, I wouldn't describe this as reasonable or practical. And that’s why I kind of love it. Besides, I’m pretty sure this would be a great shooting location for a Wes Anderson movie as well...
