1. Ryan Serhant

Real estate broker, CEO, author, producer, and TV star Ryan Serhant is one of our favorite YouTubers ever (you may know him from Bravo TV's "Million Dollar Listing NY").

With over one million subscribers, his channel gives viewers access to some of the most insane real estate listings in America, like this private island just outside of New York City...

2. LeAnn Henri

Realtor and YouTuber LeAnn Henri's channel is your one stop shop for all things real estate. From house tours and Q&As to daily vlogs and tips for aspiring realtors, LeAnn creates awesome, binge-worthy content. Subscribe here.

3. Josh Altman

Another realtor you may recognize from Bravo TV, this time for Million Dollar Listing LA, is Josh Altman. Follow along as Josh brings you inside some of the most remarkable homes on the US market with appearances from celebrities like Scott Disick and Josh Peck. Subscribe here.

4. Erik Conover

Erik Conover is a YouTuber, real estate agent, and filmmaker living in New York City.

Conover's channel features the most incredible multi million-dollar luxury listings giving viewers exclusive access to some of the most beautiful luxury homes on the market as well as insights into his personal life and personal real estate moves. 5. Nyasia C
